SkyCash- Ticket purchase step by step

Step 1-Application download

You can download SkyCash application to your phone in 3 ways:  
2D Code    
  1. Using the 2D code scanner on your phone (Fotokody application) decipher the information contained in a 2D code included in the information leaflet. The information leaflet is available at stops and in public transportation vehicles.
  2. The telephone shall display a link to SkyCash application.
  3. Go to the address.
  4. Download the application.

  2. Enter your phone number and a picture code.
  3. You will receive an SMS containing an access password to SkyCash application.
  4. Add the password, your name, surname and e-mail address to the application form, set a PIN code for SkyCash transaction confirmation purposes, and click on the Forward button.
  5. You will receive an SMS containing a link to SkyCash application. Now you can change your password to something easier to remember.
  6. Receive an SMS containing a link to SkyCash application.
  7. Go to the given address.
  8. Download the application.
Empty SMS    
  1. Send a free empty SMS to 510 510 205
  2. Receive an SMS containing an invitation to join SkyCash and a link to SkyCash application.
  3. Go to the address.
  4. Download the application.


Step 2-Registration  

The downloaded SkyCash application is located on the Applications tab.
  1. Open SkyCash application.
  2. Enter your mobile phone number.
  3. Receive an SMS containing a password.
  4. Enter the password in SkyCash application.
  5. Submit your data and determine your individual PIN code for telephone transaction confirmation purposes.


Step 3- Account recharging
Money transfer to another SkyCash user  
  • SkyCash user can transfer any amount of money from his/her SkyCash account to another mobile phone user.
  • If the recipient is a SkyCash user, his/her account will be automatically recharged with the amount requested.
  • If the recipient does not currently have a SkyCash account, he/she will be notified about the transfer and will get access to the money once he/she becomes a member of SkyCash.
  • If the recipient does not sign up for SkyCash within 5 days of receiving the notification, the money will be returned to the sender’s account.
Bank funds transfer to own SkyCash account
  • You can transfer money from your bank account to your SkyCash account.
  • You can also transfer money automatically, or recharge your SkyCash account with a payment card through Przelewy 24 [Transfers 24] platform.
  • In order to check your full SkyCash account number, log in to the administration panel at and select Recharge tab.
SMS Premium  
  • Send “Urbancard” via SMS to 73550
  • Every charge: PLN 1.5 (SMS: PLN 3.66, VAT included)


Step 4- Ticket purchase  
  1. 1.Select Services tab from SkyCash application menu.
  2. Select Tickets tab from Services tab.
  3. Select Wrocław. (Operator selection process should be accomplished during the first purchase. The application will remember the settings and skip this step during the next transaction. You can change the operator by selecting Operator Change tab.)
  4. Select Ticket Purchase option.
  5. Choose between regular fare and discounted fare.
  6. Select the appropriate single-trip or time-limit ticket.
  7. In the case of single-trip ticket, enter the vehicle’s side serial number. In the case of time-limit ticket, click on the Forward button and confirm the transaction with your PIN code.

SkyCash system will generate a 2D code and send it to your mobile phone to Ticket Inspection tab.


Ticket inspection  
Upon request the passenger is obliged to produce a valid 2D code to a ticket inspector. The code serves as a receipt of payment for transportation services.
In order to produce a ticket, follow these instructions:
  1. Select Services from SkyCash application menu.
  2. Select Tickets from Services menu.
  3. Go to Ticket Control tab.
  4. Select the right ticket and show it to the ticket inspector.


Complaints concerning the telephone ticket services should be filed by filling out a special complaint form regarding telephone tickets. The form is available in Biuro Obsługi Klienta [Customer Service Centre] with its registered office in Wrocław, at ul. Grabiszyńska 9, entry from ul. Piłsudskiego (at pl. Legionów).
In the case of your complaint being approved, the amount due shall be transferred to your personal SkyCash account.
