How to get it?

How to get my URBANCARD?

You can get the URBANCARD only with a purchased and encoded
Wrocław Urban Transportation System's ticket. In order to get your Wrocław URBANCARD you need to submit your personal application to the Customer Service Centre or Customer Service Points, or through www.urbancard.pl website.

The card may only be collected in person at the Customer Service Centre or Customer Service Desks after 5 working days from the application submission date.
In the event of applying for a personal card a current 2.5 x 3 cm photograph must be enclosed. A photograph for URBANCARD personalisation may also be taken (free of charge) at the Customer Service Centre.

Here you can submit your URBANCARD application. You can collect your card at one of the above points (Customer Service Centre or Customer Service Points). When submitting your application to BZ WBK's clerk you need to indicate the Customer Service Centre or Customer Service Points where you will collect your card).

An adult person submitting an application shall be obligated to show a valid identity document. A minor over the age of 13 may submit an application presenting a valid school card or another valid identity document. Applications for persons under the age of 13 may only be submitted by parents or legal guardians (or other persons holding a valid authorisation issued by a parent or legal guardian). The person submitting an application on behalf of a minor under the age of 13 shall be obligated to present a valid identity document and one of the following valid documents confirming the identity of the minor: school card, identity document or PESEL certificate.
